David Rennie NZIM

CEO & Director

David lives and breathes property having completed over 378 project’s his first hand experience assists him in identifying opportunities in property, as well as having an in-depth understanding of how to structure such transactions to protect investor’s interests. He oversees all business operations and is responsible for final sign off all loans approved.

David is connected with an excellent network of investors, developers, valuers, and real estate agents and has an adaptable approach to quickly mitigate risks and adapt to market changes.

David is also a director of Direct Worldwide Resources Ltd Est.1988 (Property developing) & Prada Financial Ltd Est 2000 (Property Holding)

Tanya is a financial Analyst and operations manager, and stands at the intersection of real estate and finance, often wearing multiple hats. She analyzes the financial health of potential investments, forecast future trends, and work closely with senior decision-makers. With analytical prowess and a strong grasp of both financial markets and the real estate industry she brings a wealth of experience to the company.

Parry Ganda LLB has been a lawyer for over 30 years and has developed a wealth of expertise in residential and commercial property transactions including property finance.

He established Ganda & Associates in 1996 to provide a more personalized service to his private and business clients.

Parry is a pragmatic and driven lawyer who focuses on understanding his client’s objectives and delivering commercially focused solutions for his clients.

He is a family man who loves travelling and creating experiences with his family and is a passionate supporter of the All Blacks.

Jocelyn Dutton B.Com & CA has been a chartered accountant for more than 40 years and has held a practicing certificate for more than half of that period. Her practice was formed in 1992 and she has worked with a diverse and long standing client base and has a solid understanding of accounting solutions and corporate structuring in the face of ever changing tax legislation. She has enjoyed over 35 years using her skills to assist an environmental charity working to protect native forests.
